My name is Peter Boucher and typically go by Pete, unless I’m in trouble! Prior to marrying my beautiful wife and raising our 2 sons, I grew up on a hobby farm in a small town outside of Syracuse, NY and worked on a family friend’s dairy farm throughout my adolescence. I have spent my adult life working on aircraft for the military, with a bit of dabbling in farm equipment sales.

Home ownership of fixer uppers, a building of a new home and an eventual move to the Buffalo area allowed me to realize my true passion for working on home projects and beautifying spaces. I get great satisfaction in seeing a before and after project, the process in between, and the excitement and glee of customers upon completion. I love getting to know people (professionally and personally) and working with them one on one to incorporate a design they love, that works for their home/space.

While I continue to dutifully lend my time and talents to the military monthly, in 2022, I decided to turn my focus from full-time aircraft maintenance at Niagara Air Station to helping those in our community bring their remodeling dreams to fruition.

Based out of East Aurora, NY, Pete’s Projects, LLC was formed with a commitment to continuously learning, growing, and building skills that will allow us to continue to provide some of the best quality, hand-crafted home remodels in the area with top rated overall customer satisfaction.

I ultimately look to grow our company into a community staple that not only brings individual rooms back to life but also beautifully hand-crafted homes to the area while fostering positive, trusting relationships within the community in this incredible City of Good Neighbors!
